When we’re in a crisis, confused or struggling with something, it’s natural to turn to others for help, but finding or asking for help is not always easy…

Maybe you just need some direction, but because of the economy, society, your experiences, relationships or even your family, asking for help or some direction might appear to you as a sign of weakness. And the freedom to cry… More and more you might find that your family, your life is being ripped apart by this fallacy while Stress and Depression, Hopelessness and Despair eat away at your very existence.

HOWEVER,

In the past couple of years, research has been showing that asking for help and crying is essential and is not only a sign of strength, it assists in healing!
